Hi, I’m Jessica, founder of JHaus Training.
I was raised on a simple motto: pursue your passion. It’s shaped everything I’ve done, from a decade-plus in Learning and Development to starting JHaus. I believe there’s something genuinely magical about watching someone do work they love, and my favorite projects are the ones where I get to help passionate people turn what they love into something their audience can genuinely learn.
I also believe your time is valuable. And your learners’ time is valuable. Whatever I build is designed to earn every minute your learners give it.

I start with the learner
Before I design anything, I ask what problem we are solving, who the audience is, and whether training is the right answer. Then I design for the real learner, who is busy, possibly skeptical, and protective of their time. Accessibility and honest analysis are part of every project from the start.
